Overview

StarBasis is a name changed here for confidentiality. The real company ran a platform where fans could book paid experiences, calls, and shout outs with well known and highly followed people. After closing a new round of funding, the company was scaling fast and getting ready to pivot toward a broader platform for creators, adding payments and tools to run webinars, communities, and other online products. Hiring the team for that shift is what this careers page needed to support.

The page went through a full process in Figma: research into how other companies in the space present their culture, sketches exploring how to visualize the team and the benefits, a wireframe pass to settle the structure, a round of validation, and a final UI pass. It had to be fully responsive, since the goal was to reach as many candidates as possible on whatever device they opened it on.

The deliverable was the Figma file itself, covering every section and breakpoint.

Walkthrough

  1. 01

    Hero

Job cards drift with the cursor while a soft capsule shape breathes behind them, each layer moving at its own pace.

  2. 02

    Benefits

One clear reason to join, framed inside a ringed portrait that reuses the hero's own shape language.

  3. 03

    Team

The whole team, orbiting. Every face rides its own ring at its own speed, so the page never quite repeats itself.

  4. 04

    Open Positions

A real, filterable list. Search by title or narrow it down by department, and the rows animate back in as they match.
