Overview

CreatorHub is a name changed here for confidentiality. The real company sold experiences with well known people, alongside courses, webinars, and other digital products. The marketplace was where all of that met the customer, and in 2025 it needed to work harder: cleaner to move through, and credible enough that a visitor would trust it with a booking.

Trust was the design problem underneath the visual one. People were being asked to pay real money for time with someone they only knew from a screen, so the interface had to make the offer legible at a glance. Price up front, real photography rather than stock, and a clear read on who a creator is and what you actually get. The goals the work was aimed at were a better experience end to end, a stronger conversion rate, and a marketplace that felt like the company behind it could be relied on.

The final design landed well with the company's team.

Process

  1. 01

    Research

Studied how other marketplaces present this kind of offer, and what buyers expect before they part with money.

  2. 02

    Wireframing

Laid out the structure at low fidelity, so the ideas could be argued about before anything looked finished.

  3. 03

    Validation

Took the wireframes to both the company and its users, and changed what the feedback said to change.

  4. 04

    Final UI

Built the approved structure out into the finished interface, type, imagery and all.
